Introduction

24 x Sales Consultants (Cape Town Stores)

 

Support the store teams with financial and branding objectives by delivering exceptional Customer Service, achieving sales, stock and shrinkage targets and maintaining visual merchandising and communication standards.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Technical knowledge and skills:

Grade 12 or relevant NQF level

1-2 years’ experience in Retail Fashion is essential

Proficiency in English

Well-developed numeracy

Knowledge of current trends

Clothing and home product knowledge

Job Specification

  • Deliver a unique customer experience to internal and external customers
  • Maximise all sales opportunities through, supporting promotional activities and offering styling which delights and exceeding our customer service experience.
  • Maintain company presentation standards as per Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Achievement of sales targets each month ensuring sales are maximised and targets met
  • Ensure product replenishment and availability of products on the sales floor
  • Minimise shrinkage in line with departments targets
  • Liaise with stockrooms, holding areas and other stores to effectively facilitate inter-branch transfers
  • Maximise store profits through supporting in store teams to minimise shrinkage
  • Develop product knowledge in order to assist customers in making the right buying decision and ensure that they know how to get the best from their purchase
  • Participate professionally within your team, working towards the achievement of Department and stores team budgets and goals
  • Participate in out of hours activities such as stock takes, product workshops and team meetings
