We are looking for 50 customer service advisors to join our brand new emergency assistance team


  • Matric
  • Min credit risk profile, clear criminal ?record
  • Experience in insurance, roadside or emergency response advantageous
  • Experience in working with international clientele
  • Clear verbal/written communication skills ?Personal commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Neutral accent
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating successful customer and client relationships
  • Strong Computer literacy and PC skills (Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge essential)
  • Dealing with clients telephonically – above average telephonic communication skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Demonstrate ability to reason and show empathy
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shifts (transport provided)
  • Available to start 1st November 2014
