Job description
Aim of the position:
Responsible for maintaining quality management procedures and systems. To ensure that error rate is kept to a minimum, the correct advice is offered to clients and ensures clients are satisfied. The intern will also be responsible for delivering daily, weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to clients.
Place in the organisation:
Reporting to the director of international operations
Works closely with team leaders
Tasks:
• Daily checks of all campaigns before they go live
• Daily checks of email communication that correct solutions are offered to clients
• Provide technical advice to the team to encourage and promote quality
• Assist and/or advise the team with booking campaigns from beginners to advance
• Oversee all running projects and ensure quality delivery
• Investigate point of origin for escalations and provide sustainable solutions
• Weekly registration checks per person for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure monthly error rate is kept within acceptable limits
• Daily screenshot delivery of running campaigns to check correct delivery on site as part of quality assurance
• Completing daily, weekly and monthly campaign reports and delivery of these reports directly to clients
• Provide reports and insights to director on (but not limited to):
– Quality levels of staff and systems
– Weekly response times per person, client and department
– Weekly output per person in relation to total output
– Weekly billable hours per client vs non billable hours
– Average time spent per ticket
– Any new and Adhoc reports
• Assist with training of new hires and daily checks of test and live campaigns
• Assist with monthly invoice checks
• Any other duties and tasks as required by the director
