|The purpose of the Contact Centre Agent is to be the first line contact with external retail and commercial customers of Sasol Oil.|
The Agent receive and process service requests and conduct Maintenance Diagnostics, they receive orders by phone, fax, e-mail as well as by request from CDF. The order is then processed via the approved process.
The Agent also deals with queries and complaints and conduct outbound communication to customers.
