Purpose
- PSiRA is looking for dynamic experienced and suitably qualified professionals to take up these challenging positions.
- It is the intention of the Authority to promote representative through the filling of these positions
Requirements
- Grade 12 and a recognized Diploma in Office Administration / Public Management / Customer Service or equivalent coupled with at least a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Computer literate.
- Recognition of Prior Leaning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process.
- Ideal candidate should have customer relation skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Communication skills both verbal and in writing are essential
- Office administration skills
- Willing to work overtime
- Computer Literacy.
Responsibilities
- Assist and attend to clients (business and individual)
- Processing of course reports
- Relieving switchboards when required
- Printing id cards
- Taking fingerprints and assist clients with the completion of application forms
- Attending to telephonic enquiries
- Verification of fingerprints from Home Affairs
- Ensure proper filling
- Perform all other administration tasks that are related to this function
- Data capturing
- Adding applications forms on the system
- Ensure proper filing
- Relieve as a host/hostess
- Relieve as cashier.

- The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) with its head office in Eco Park – Centurion is the statutory body regulating the private security industry in South Africa.
Remuneration
- R193 715 basic salary p/a plus benefits
