PURPOSE
- An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Clerk at the Brackenfell Depot.
- The purpose of the role is to assist with data capturing, scanning & general administrative duties within the operations & finance department.
- Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate.
- They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- 1-3 years Administration experience
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Computer literate – MS office with intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and dependent
- Able to work under pressure
- Must be willing to learn, be proactive and innovative
- Attention to detail
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to operate independently & part of a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Capturing
- Reporting
- Filing & archiving of documents
- Scanning and uploading of documents onto the system
- Updating the system
- Provide administrative support to operations and finance department
