PURPOSE

  • An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Clerk at the Brackenfell Depot.
  • The purpose of the role is to assist with data capturing, scanning & general administrative duties within the operations & finance department.
  • Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate.
  • They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • 1-3 years Administration experience

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Computer literate – MS office with intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and dependent
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Must be willing to learn, be proactive and innovative
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to operate independently & part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Capturing
  • Reporting
  • Filing & archiving of documents
  • Scanning and uploading of documents onto the system
  • Updating the system
  • Provide administrative support to operations and finance department
