Our graduates will participate in a Program which runs over a period of 12 months. Graduates at Premier gain valuable in-service work experience, skills and knowledge that will assist them in furthering their careers.
During our Program we expose our candidates to real work, taking place in our production environments, as well as business projects and other business initiatives. Our Graduates are provided with relevant training and mentoring, providing both formal and informal guidance.

Human Resource Graduate / Intern
- Must have an HR / Human Resource Degree
- Recently graduated
- Are familiar with MS Office products, especially Excel and Word
Accounting Graduate / Intern
- Must have an BCom Accounting Degree
- Recently graduated
- Are familiar with MS Office products, especially Excel and Word
Competencies:
- Are familiar with MS Office products, especially Excel,
- Are adaptive and open to respond to change,
- Are able to cope with pressure and setbacks.
