Novus Holdings: IT Internship Programme 2021
Novus Holdings is currently seeking to appoint an IT Intern to assist the IT team with the day-to-day running of the department. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious student studying towards a qualification and requires in-service training / work exposure for a period of 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and assist the IT team on tasks related to the full IT and end user function
- Assist with IT and end user related queries
- Suggest upgrades, implementation and or integration solutions
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users
- Assist with regular planned maintenance of networks and systems
- Assist with end user requirements and resources
- Understand service delivery and delivering on deadlines
- Carry out administrative duties and ensure effective administration processes are adhered to
- Assist with technical problems within computer hardware and software, desktop and server
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- In the process of obtaining a relevant qualification in IT
