Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide a data capturing service to the maintenance planning department and assist the planners in the processes of work management.
Responsibilities
– Booking of spares for maintenance teams – Creating job cards when required – Capture, update and close job cards with the feedback as given – Print job cards for different maintenance teams – Assist in creating orders when required
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
– Grade 12 – Admin / Data Capturing / MS Office certificate – Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an engineering planning or maintenance environment – English language proficiency – Time management skills
