BCom Graduate Opportunity (Audit Administrator: Yes Learner) 2021
Role purpose: To provide assistance to the Audit department with their day to day tasks and administration needs. This is an internship role in its nature, and the most sutaible candidate would be someone who has administrative skills, has a teachable spirit, team player and show support to the audit department.
Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Approvals
- Disbursement Approvals
- Leave Approvals
- Leave recon for trainees, ascertaining all systems are corresponding
- Assisting with Budget imports & Planning updates
- Leave Monthly check
- Assisting with PSR / TSR follow ups
- Assisting with Job evaluation follow ups
- Other admin requests
Candidate Requirements:
- BCom Degree or studying towards a degree
- Administrative skills
- Error checking abilities
Key Competencies
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and follow detailed instructions.
- Leave recon for trainees she will be approving – ascertaining both systems correspond.
- Have resilience
