Specification
We are looking for a candidate with Software Support experience to join our Customer Services, team in an IT software development environment. To provide software support to live clients.
Minimum qualification and experience:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Software support
- An IT related qualification
- Software troubleshooting and replication of issues
- Mobile application support
- Exposure to QlikView and / or web based software
- Exposure to IsoMetrix and / or integrated risk management
