Description
- Manage a semi-skilled construction team, including hiring & training of casual labourers, during Road Closures and Onsite Civils.
- Install, Repair and Maintaining of Traffic Monitoring & Law Enforcement Camera Sites.
- Assisting Technicians with call-outs, fault finding and repairs.
- Look after company Vehicles, Workshop and Equipment.
- General day to day administration and reporting to Managers.
- Able to work independently with good conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Be prepared to travel and stay away from home regularly.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, sometimes late and over weekends regularly.

- Ability to train/coach others in skills learnt.
- MS Office Expertise (Word, Excel & Outlook) an Advantage.
- Project Management Expertise an Advantage.
- Floor Saw Operational Expertise an Advantage.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with Maths & Science essential.
- Computer Literacy with experience in MS Word, Excel & Outlook essential.
- Valid Code EC1 (14) Driver’s Licence essential.
Experience :
Drivers Licence – 3 Years Min.
Team Management – 2 Years min.
Road Works/Closures – 2 Years min.
Administration Skills – 2 Years min.
Computer Literacy – 2 Years min.
