International Space Weather Camp 2022
This is a once is a lifetime opportunity for students to learn all about space science and technology with a focus on space weather, a relatively new and exciting field involving the study of the sun and its influence on space and the Earth’s upper atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be final year Bsc Hon / BEng or MSc students in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Electronics
- Must be South African citizens or permanent residents
HOW TO APPLY
Successful applicants will be fully funded to participate in the ISWC 2022.
Funding will include data for the virtual part and transport, accommodation and meals for the second part of the Camp in the condition that the applicant attended all the virtual sessions.
Note that successful applicants must be fully vaccinated prior to the start of the camp, a vaccination certificate will be required as proof.
Successful applicants MUST be fully vaccinated by the start of the camp.
