Founded in 1999, Vortex Strategic Alignment operates as a niche and targeted small business, specialising in public sector and non-governmental strategy, monitoring and evaluation, and organisational development. We are currently focused on supporting clients in South Arica and the SADC region, with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban

The fields of strategy design and alignment, remuneration, performance monitoring and evaluation, business systems and processes optimisation and human capital are constantly changing and dynamic.
