Sizwe Staff Solutions, CEO João Da Encarnação founded the company in 1996 to service the local and international industry in the labour sector. With our headquarters situated in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng. Sizwe has a core belief and corporate philosophy that only by the successful completion of a project can both Sizwe and our Client truly benefit. Our professional staff have managed all aspects of construction, engineering and turn key projects for leading South African blue chip companies. They have the ability and combined resources to service our Client’s needs nationwide.

Our turn-key solutions to human resource management includes recruitment of labour and supervision as well as testing and evaluation. All our candidates are carefully and fairly screened for suitability to the requirements brought forward by our clients. We specialize in in-house testing of Boilermakers, Pipe Fitters and Welders.
