Responsibilities:
- Ensure all invoices are captured before specific deadlines.
- Reconcile creditor statements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up on processed Invoices and purchase orders.
- General Queries (processing + reconciliation).
- Hyphen payment preparer.
- Assist with client refunds (preparer).

Requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
- Own vehicle with Valid Driver’s License.
Advantageous:
- Previous accounting, admin or posting experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Evolve will be an advantage.
