Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town, Western Cape

Purpose
The Sparks & Ellis is searching for a dedicated and highly accurate individual to ensure that all data management within the department is maintained and updated as per required.
The successful candidate should be administratively strong, pay high attention to detail and able to manage time effectively with a deadline driven mindset.

Requirements
Matric Qualification
Code 8 driver’s license
Experience in the buying department or similar 1-3 years
Skills & Competencies
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook
Effective written and verbal communication
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in administration
High attention to detail
Accountability and Trustworthy
Excellent problem-solving skills and work well under pressure

Responsibilities
Follow up with schedules for deliveries of Suppliers
Assisting in buying department with admin work
Check Suppliers Invoices against goods received note.
CMT Costings of purchase orders
