PURPOSE
- The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) is looking for self-motivated individuals to capture Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) outputs into the EPWP reporting system for the Branch Programmes.

REQUIREMENTS
- This position requires a diploma in office management/public management or equivalent and relevant qualification at NQF level 6.
- A Degree, or equivalent and relevant qualification at NQF 7 will be an added advantage.
- Ideally the successful candidates should have 3 years’ experience in data management and capturing or any related activity/ies.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Word and some experience in customer service.
- The successful candidates should demonstrate high levels of attention to detail, accuracy and be able to work within a team and independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain data management tools;
- Capture all allocated EPWP reports from programmes;
- Develop and maintain EPWP exception reports;
- Support in conducting EPWP data quality.
