This in an internship for graduates who require work experience in order to gain a professional qualification or unemployed graduates who require work experience to become more marketable.
Output/Core Tasks:
This is a contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the financial services industry. The individual will be exposed to IT User support based on the following:
- Troubleshooting PC issues
- Troubleshooting network issues
- Setting up of PC’s within the call centre
- Troubleshooting Printer issues
Required Qualification:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- A+ or N+ qualification
