Anglo American: Internship programme 2021

Platinum Mine is hereby inviting applications for Internships and P1/P2 In-service training programmes aimed at equipping members of the host communities with appropriate work experience. First preference will be given to relevant applications from host communities. The programme will run for a period of 12 months.

Please note:

  • Those applying for In-service training (P1/P2) must have successfully completed S4 in a related qualification.
  • Candidate will be expected to undergo a Medical Fitness Test and Assessments

The internship Programme provides practical Work Learning and experience to individuals.

Supply Chain Intern

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain

Electrical And Mechanical Engineering Intern

Diploma or degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical engineering (heavy current),
  • Electromechanical engineering

Finance Intern

  • Diploma or BCom degree in Accounting or Finance

Geology and Mining Engineering Intern

  • Diploma or degree in Mining Engineering or Geology

Human Resource Management Intern

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management

Information Management Intern

  • Diploma or degree in Information Management

Metallurgy And Chemical Engineering Intern

Diploma or degree in

  • Chemical Engineering
  • Metallurgical Engineering

Mine Survey Intern

  • Diploma in Mine or Minerals Survey

Safety, Health and Environment Intern

National Diploma or degree in:

  • Environmental science,
  • Occupational hygiene,
  • BTech in Safety management

Environmental Management Intern
