Assist with providing adequate financial administrative services to the National Nuclear Regulator and ensuring compliant, effective and efficient financial management and reporting
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum NQF level 6 in Accounting or Financial Management
- MS Office experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing of once off and monthly debtor invoices
- Following up on debtors to ensure efficient and effective debtors collection
- Preparing of debt reminder letters
- Daily analysis of the bank statement and allocation of receipts
- Monthly reconciliation of debtors accounts
- Sending monthly statements to debtors
- Raising monthly interest invoices on overdue accounts
- Attend to customer queries
- Petty cash management
