Solve Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd, part of the V&A Waterfront, is offering a Graduate internship. Solve’s focus is on implementing the Waterfront’s shared value strategy by looking through the lens sustainability, inclusivity and opportunity. The role will include building, maintaining and leveraging strong professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, administration, as well as coordination, planning and organising meetings, events etc.
The Graduate will also be required to assist with special projects, plan and help prepare reports and other documents. In addition, there will be a large research component.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Diary management
- Planning and coordinating multi-stakeholder events
- Stakeholder communication
- Project support
- Responsible for the distribution and co-ordination of information documentation
- Take minutes and distribute timeously
- File documentation
- Record keeping
- Prepare, provide input into, and assist with compiling reports
- Proofread relevant documents
- Help create and prepare reports, presentations and other documents
Educational Requirements:
- Relevant Post Graduate Degree (for example Sustainability, Social Impact, Urban Management etc.)
