Western Cape Finance Department is looking for a recent university graduate, who likes to work as part of a team, but is also willing to take initiative and capable of working independently. The purpose of this trainee position is to gain exposure to all aspects within the Finance department and provide administrative support to the various functions.
Job Description
– General Ledger processing and maintenance. – Compiling Management Reports Profitability analysis – Assist with Retailer and Supplier queries. – Working Capital Management. – Preparation of Interim and Financial YE reporting.
Minimum Requirements
– Relevant Bachelor’s Degree. – Solutions-orientated with a can-do attitude and high energy. – Ability and appetite to get involved with multiple projects. – Good communication skills – Ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholder expectations. – Able to work independently and under pressure
