Job Purpose
The Money Market Account is a free transactional account that gives our customers full control over their finances and allows users to access their favourite Money Market services 24/7. The Shoprite Group is Africa’s largest retailer with over 35 million customers and 2,500 outlets. We are digitally transforming financial services for the business, and in doing so, are looking for highly talented people to join our Money Market Account team to help shape the face of digital transacting in Africa.
Job Objectives
– Finding the convergence between business, technology and customer experience to create engaging mobile products – Responsible for the implementation and execution of improvements to the Money – Market Account solution by having an outstanding understanding of the end to end solution, across all touchpoints partnering with, and providing thought leadership into, the team responsible for solution design and optimisation documentation of requirements, processes, and specifications pertaining to solution design and optimisation the effective communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
– Bachelor degree in business, engineering or marketing – 5+ years of extensive experience in Business Analysis – 1-3 years experience working within an eCommerce business or business unit in Retail – 1-3 years experience working with Development, UX and Product Management teams
