Job Specification…

  • To at all times do your bit towards achieving our purpose to Inspire people to live an active life, this is achieved by believing and living our values through all we do, always innovating, inspiring people, have fun and do the right thing.
  • Responsible for reception, club floor experience and delivery of floor-based classes (only if there is proof of the required qualification)
  • Drive digital engagement with members on our various platform and expose members to online /digital exercise offerings
  • Must be able to teach contingency classes.
  • Club floor management (Safety protocols, clean floor and rule adherence by members)
  • Conducting fitness initiatives to increase member retention (events)
  • Responsible for delivering excellent customer service throughout the club. (NPS and member sentiment score)
  • Retaining our members through engaging member relations and ensuring complaint resolution for each member or incident.
  • Communicating and providing information to staff, members and prospective members.
  • Controlling access into the facility and delivering on members needs and experience from entry to exit
  • Adhering to operational standards and administration policy and procedures
  • Actively managing ongoing training and self-development (CPD points)
  • Ensure that you commit to the learning programme and meet the expected requirements of the learning programme
  • Be committed to achieve your Personal Training qualification at the end of the 12-month learning period
