The Kuehne + Nagel Inzuzo: Student Bursaries for 2021

The Kuehne + Nagel Inzuzo Trust will be awarding bursaries to Black South African Females, for studies within the following fields of study:

Preferred fields of study:

  • Diploma in Logistics Management
  • BCom in Accounting
  • BCom in Financial Management
  • BCom in Information Systems
  • BCom in Logistics
  • BCom in Transport Economics

The bursary will cover:

  • Tuition fees,
  • Prescribed books
  • Accommodation allowance.

NB. Once students have graduated, they will be required to work for Kuehne + Nagel – the work back period will be equal to the duration of funding received



Selection criteria / Requirements:

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying:

  • South African citizen
  • Black female
  • Completed Matric
  • Studying full time within one of the aforementioned fields of study
  • Must be in your  2nd year, 3rd year, or post graduate of study in 2021
  • 1st year students will NOT be considered
  • Studying at an accredited university in South Africa
  • Good academic record
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 60% in your most recent year of study
  • Proven financial need
  • Strong leadership capability (demonstrated through active school, university or community engagement).

How to Apply

Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your completed application form:

  • ID document (certified copy)
  • Recent passport-sized photo
  • Matric certificate (certified copy)
  • Full tertiary academic record, from 1st year of tertiary studies (certified copy)
  • High School or University awards for academic/ leadership/ sport/ entrepreneurial achievements (certified copies)
  • Letter of reference from a high school teacher or university lecturer (signed and stamped)
  • Proof of acceptance/ provisional acceptance from your University
  • Financial statements or quote from University for cost of tuition, books, accommodation etc
  • Parents/ guardian’s proof of income (latest payslips/ sworn affidavit/ pension advice slip) (certified copies)
  • Parents/ guardian’s proof of residence
