National Lotteries Commission: Internship Programme 2021

The National Lotteries Commission has Internship opportunities available for a 24-month period. The Interns will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.

Suitably qualified prospective candidates are invited to submit their applications to fill the following positions.

TVET Student Internship: Group 1

Fields of study:

  • Business Management
  • Financial Management
  • Management Assistant
  • Office Administration
  • Public Administration

Possible Placement  Areas: 

  • Provincial Offices (Polokwane Office, East London Office, Durban Office)
  • Grants Operations Support: Head Office (Pretoria)

TVET Student Internship: Group 2

Fields of study:

  • Facilities Management
  • Operations Management
  • Construction Management
  • Financial Management
  • Supply Chain Management

Possible Placement  Areas: 

  • Supply Chain Management: Head Office (Pretoria)
  • Facilities: Head Office (Pretoria)

University / University Of Technology Graduates Internships: Group 1

Fields of study:

  • Law
  • Compliance Management
  • Economics

Possible Placement  Areas: 

  • Regulatory Compliance Division: Head Office (Pretoria)

University / University Of Technology / N6 Graduates Internships: Group 2

Fields of study:

  • Internal Auditing
  • Information Systems
  • Financial Management

Possible Placement  Areas: 

  • Audit and Risk Division: Head Office (Pretoria)


 

Requirements for TVET Student Internships:

  • Between 18 and 35 years old
  • Must have completed N4, N5 and N6 Certificate of Achievement or National Higher Diploma
  • Unemployed Students who require 18 months Experiential Training
  • Applicant has never participated in an internship or Learnership programme
  • South African Citizen

Requirements for University Graduates Internships:

  • Between 18 and 35 years old
  • Unemployed graduates who has never participated in an internship programme
  • South African Citizen
