Graduate: Aftersales / Business Admin Internship programme 2021
Volvo Group Southern Africa provides a graduate opportunity in the following departments of Aftersales Business: Parts, Business Systems and Technical & Warranty at Volvo Trucks Head Office.
This graduate position is situated in Boksburg.
The successful candidate will have exposure to the following areas within Aftersales:
Responsibilities:
- To support and compile monthly reports for PQE as and when required;
- To handle all travel arrangements of the department;
- To handle all general administration responsibilities;
- The Tech tool orders.
- The Tech tool invoicing/credits and invoice distribution.
- PO’s for suppliers (mostly DHL relating to Tech Tool).
- Campaign letters to dealers/customers.
- Assist with some aspects of the monthly reports.
- Support with finalizing and checking presentations
- To assist Business Systems Support, with non-critical dealer support cases
- To support the Dealer network and Finance with Customer Management creation in CM
- To handle all travel arrangements of the department;
- To handle all general administration responsibilities;
- Impact Contract distribution and invoicing
- Embla updates (Techtool inactivation based on contract expiration)
- To create Purchase Orders for Business Systems invoices on a monthly basis

- Verbal and written communicate.
- Self-motivated
- Computer Literacy, Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), (Intermediate level of proficiency)
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills in English.
Required Education
- Business Administration Degree / Diploma
