Learning and Development Intern (HR)
A vacancy exists at RCL Foods-Westville in the Group HR Team for an HR Intern. This role will be responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support on various projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- HR qualification
Responsibility
- Planning, scheduling and managing the bookings of internal and external courses and training events
- Document control, inclusive but not limited to the capturing of training history and training related record keeping and archiving
- Maintain record-keeping, archiving and/or filing system
- Internal and External Stakeholder engagement and support, inclusive but not limited to client facing engagements and meetings
- Multi-functional training administrative duties
- Administrate learning according to the RCL standards
