Specification
•Provide office support to the HR department and serve as a resource to Triton employees.
•Provide support and guidance to HR Administrators.
•Employee data management and accuracy.
•Importing of all leave into VIP Sage People, and reconciliation and reporting thereof.
•Administrating Time and Attendance system.
•Processing HR documents, recruitment records and employee movements according to set deadlines.
•Effective and efficient recruitment of candidates within Company standards and selection criteria.
•Assist with interview process and pre-employment screening.
•Ensure employee Induction is maintained and record keeping thereof.
•Facilitating Labour and Council inspections.
•Linking of Job grades and employee movements on VIP Sage People.
•Maintain Employment Equity grades and movements on VIP Sage People.
•Management of administration resources tasked with HR documentation and filing.
•Custodian off data and information accuracy of HR and Employee documents.
•Ensure all employee queries are addressed timeously.
Requirements
•Grade 12 matric certificate.
•Minimum of 5 years’ Hr experience within the Transport and Logistics Industry.
•Comprehensive knowledge on the following:
-VIP Sage People (Payroll)
-Job Grading and linking
-NBCRFLI (Road Freight)
-MIBCO (Motor Industry)
-Employment Equity Reporting
•Computer literacy.
•Attention to detail.
•Extensive knowledge of Leave processes and management thereof, up to reconciliation.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Willing to work outside normal working hours as and when required.
•General knowledge on South African Acts, which includes:
-BCEA
-Employment Equity
•Knowledge of Time and Attendance systems.
•Exceptional communication skills.
•Exceptional people skills.
•Own transport to and from work.
