Chiltern Farms, a well established producer and packer of fruit in Vyeboom, in the W Cape offers a challenging career opportunity for a suitably qualified farm manager.
The advertised position will take full responsibility for a 125 hectare production unit of pome fruit and will report to the General Manager of the farming division.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Agric or similar tertiary qualification
- a minimum of 5 years practical experience in fruit production and farm managment.
- advanced computer skills and familiarity with IT systems
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- a work ethic that prizes accuracy, thorougness, drive and integrity
- Demonstable managment and leadership qualities.

The remuneration package is market related and negotiable. Benefits include compnay contribution to RA and Medical aid and company housing on farm.
