M&E Information Administration Graduate Placement
Purpose:
To assist with performance information data validation, verification, analysis, and associated reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Obtain source data reports and compare with extraction files against performance indicators
- Identify discrepancies and determine root cause
- Communicate root cause for correction and track processing
- Ensure extraction files are signed off for approval prior to quarterly submission
- Compile quarterly performance reports based on source data
- Ensure quarterly performance reports are verified and approved by management
- Perform data analysis and compile reports as and when required
- Identify and recommend system and process improvements
- Identify historical data gaps and errors and implement processes to address these
- Administration duties as delegated
Qualification/s / Experience proposed for role
- Degree in Information Science / Informatics or similar NQF level 7 degree
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel proficiency
- General understanding of database management and system integration / interfacing
- No formal experience required; internal training will be provided
