M&E Information Administration Graduate Placement

Purpose:

To assist with performance information data validation, verification, analysis, and associated reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain source data reports and compare with extraction files against performance indicators
  • Identify discrepancies and determine root cause
  • Communicate root cause for correction and track processing
  • Ensure extraction files are signed off for approval prior to quarterly submission
  • Compile quarterly performance reports based on source data
  • Ensure quarterly performance reports are verified and approved by management
  • Perform data analysis and compile reports as and when required
  • Identify and recommend system and process improvements
  • Identify historical data gaps and errors and implement processes to address these
  • Administration duties as delegated

Qualification/s / Experience proposed for role

  • Degree in Information Science / Informatics or similar NQF level 7 degree
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel proficiency
  • General understanding of database management and system integration / interfacing
  • No formal experience required; internal training will be provided
