Job Description

This position is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The successful incumbent will work closely with the Accounts Executive (AE’s) and will report directly to the Sales Managers/Acting General Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative services to all Account Executives
  • Checking and distributing of documents and correspondence
  • Typing, filling, copying, scanning, binding and managing of documents and correspondence
  • Ensure the building of strong internal relationships
  • Assisting Account Executives with jobs as projects to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assisting with execution of jobs and driving of progress on production, distribution and delivery of jobs including outwork •Assisting and ensure seamless information flow and effective relationships between AE’s and production departments
  • Assisting Account Executives to ensure correct & timeously knock- &- drop delivery to all client hubs & newspaper print media owners.

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Interest in administration
