Membership Internship
Rand Mutual Assurance invites applicants to apply for Internships / Graduates Programme for 2020 in Parktown Johannesburg. The duration of this internship programme is 12 months and is commencing January 2020.
Rand Mutual assurance aims to provide opportunities for qualifying candidates to gain skills, knowledge and experience, whilst at the same time, positioning the successful incumbents for active and meaningful participation in the labour market.
Qualifications
Applications are invited from unemployed South African citizens, who have completed the following:
Matric – Grade 12 (NQF Level 5) with full FAIS qualification and or RE5
Computer Literacy
MS Office proficiency – Intermediate
Data Analyst qualification is a must
Key areas of responsibility
The successful applicant will be exposed to, but not limited to:
Processing policy details into the correct scheme on administration system
Issuing of policy details according to the chosen communication form chosen by client
Updating and maintaining policy records
Communicating and confirming policy amendments timeously to clients
Handle general policy to enquiries to clients
Identify and escalate priority issues
Document all information according to the standard operating procedures
Quality assurance of policy data
Collating scheme details for annual reviews
Sending out annual review letters
Written communication with customers
