Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has just come available in our Hollard Central, Data and BI. We are looking to recruit a BI Developer Intern.
To meet the data needs of Central BI’s stakeholders which consist of the Analytics team and business stakeholders such as the Procurement team. The intern will be required to develop and maintain ETL jobs and data structures required to extract data from the different data sources and make that data available to the different stakeholder group.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Extracting data a number of different sources
- Performing data transformations such as aggregating, filtering, joining, etc
- Designing databases where the data is loaded into
- Automating data pipelines
- Developing reports
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016
- PowerBi
- Sql Server Data Tools (SSIS)
- MS office (PowerPoint, Excel etc)
- Udemy
Educational Requirements
- Matric or relevant NQF Level 4
- Dip IT
- BTech IT
- BSc in Computer Science or similar
- Participation in a Data Science accelerator program
