Prime Cure Occupational Health is looking for a Data Capturer in Bellville.
Role Summary
- Provide administrative services and support for Occupational Health Sites.
- Responsible for data intergrity within the clinic
- Support the occupational nurses on documentation
Key Work Outputs and Accountabilities
- Management of the daily clinic routine
- Compiling and implementation of daily attendance roster
- Adherence to the Client’s Scope of Service
- Keeping records in accordance with legislation
- Planning and attendance of feedback meetings with the Client
- Collection and submission of statistical data
- Checking of statistical reports for accuracy and discussion with the Client
- Manage clinic in a cost effective manner
- Order, manage, and control stock
- Participate in quarterly stock taking
- Maintenance, calibration, and control of clinic equipment
- Maintain an updated fixed asset register
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate or Equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Course in computer skills and or office administration will be an added advantage
- Previos data capturing or administrative experience will be beneficial
- Customer service experience advantageous
