Vitalaire Call Centre Learnership 2018 – 2019

An opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Learnership at Vitalaire, in this role the incumbent will be reporting to the Call Centre Manager and will be responsible for Call Centre activities as required for the completion of the learnership as well as activities required by the department.Vitalaire is an empowered company supplying home health care in South Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound and outbound calls including calls from hospitals and doctor rooms regarding new patient –  application for oxygen therapy
  • Identification of incomplete, incorrect application regarding doctor scripts
  • Arrange and liaise with patient, family member, doctor rooms and medical staff regarding new patient application
  • Confirmation of new patient delivery
  • Communication with various inbound  department to ensure satisfactory delivery of the oxygen equipment
  • Problem solving and client education telephonically
  • Arrange and liaise with medical aid, doctors, hospitals, state coordinator, care givers, patients and family members: i.e. collections, holiday patients etc
  • Keeping of accurate records
  • Accurate Data capturing into the company ERP (SAP)
  • Attend to after hour call when necessary
  • Identification of incomplete, incorrect application regarding doctor scripts
  • Communication with various inbound department to ensure satisfactory delivery of the oxygen equipment
  • Today’s work today, all request/scripts received daily needs to be attended to daily unless awaiting outstanding information from service provide

Requirements

  • Studying towards a Business Administration Related Qualification/Degree
  • Grade 12
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, Outlook will be an advantage
