Telkom is looking for a Business Support Administrator in Centurion, to provide an effective secretarial service to the Senior Manager or Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Prepared Documentation.
  • Handled Finances.
  • Maintained Office Environment.
  • Processed Documents.
  • Made Arrangements.
  • Processed Queries.
  • Updated Information/Record System.
  • Administered Call.
  • Processed Correspondence.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 & recognized secretarial certificate (NQF level 5) [120 credits] and no experience
  • OR Grade 12 (NQF level 4) and 2 years as Receptionist/Clerk with software training.
  • Be prepared to work overtime and extra hours.
  • Must be literate in taking minutes and setting up conferences.
  • PC literate.
