Sanlam seeks 20 Client Care Representatives to join its Mail Centre in Bellville.
Sanlam Personal Finance (SPF) cluster is responsible for Sanlam’s retail business in South Africa. SPF provides clients across different market segments (entry-level, middle-income, affluent, professional market and business owners) with a comprehensive range of appropriate and competitive financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timeous administration and processing of client requests.
- Ensure enquiries are clearly and accurately communicated to the client.
- Sufficient information communicated to client in an appropriate manner.
- Confirmation of client instruction per letter or other preferred means of communication.
- Amend policy records and update client information.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- Preference will be given to people with tertiary qualification or equivalent.
Experience
- Call Centre experience is highly recommended
- Administration experience within a financial company.
Knowledge
- We require individuals that are able to fluently communicate in English and Afrikaans. An African language would advantageous.
- Must have working knowledge and experience regarding the use of computers.
