Pep: Financial Admin Coordinator November 2018

Pep Stores is looking for a Financial Admin Coordinator to join their Finance Department. The purpose of the job is to administer telecommunication accounts and contracts by assuring 100% correctness and coordination with telecommunication networks, service providers and Pep personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and liaising with telecommunication suppliers
  • Monthly cell phone reporting
  • Managing of landline telephone systems
  • Researching and analysing market related trends and products regarding telecommunication
  • Ad hoc tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Grade 12 (with Accounting or Mathematics)
  • A tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • Experience in financial or telecommunication administration
  • Computer Literate (MS Office)
  • Competencies include: Excellent ability to plan, organise and control; good problem solving skills; must be detail and service orientated;
  • good communication skills and be able to build and maintain good healthy business relationships
