Requirements – We are looking for an individual who:
- Has Grade 12 (Essential)
- Must have done Accounting up to Grade 12 (Essential)
- Has a Tertiary qualification in Accounting (Essential)
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist with fixed asset audits
- Capturing data
- Supplier invoice processing
- Supplier Statement reconciliation for payment
- Loading of payments onto online banking
- Supplier liaison with regards to queries
- Customer invoicing
- Allocate cash received from customers
- Stock takes
- Bank reconciliation
- Petty cash administration
- Process manual Journals
- FOREX administration for travelers
- Assisting Accountant with adhoc finance duties
