SOLTRAIN: Student Bursaries 2021
SOLTRAIN is a regional initiative on capacity building & demonstration of solar thermal systems in the SADC region. The aim of SOLTRAIN is to support the target countries in changing from a largely fossil energy supply system to a sustainable supply structure based on renewable energy in general, and on solar thermal in particular.
SOLTRAIN is offering a bursary to postgraduate students dealing with topics of solar thermal energy. Students will receive funding of up to 2 500 Euro.
Students from all SOLTRAIN partner countries can apply:
- Botswana
- Lesotho
- Mozambique
- Namibia
- South Africa
- Zimbabwe
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants must:
- Be a registered postgraduate student
- Study in the area of solar thermal energy (click here to see priority areas from successful applicants)
- Be a citizen of Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe
