Masinyusane has an opportunity for unemployed graduates to gain practical work experience. We are looking to hire interns (12 months contract) to help us fulfil our mission, with an opportunity for full-time employment for high achievers.
Responsibilities
- Support Top Learner team in daily administrative tasks
- Manage filing of hard and soft copy records
- Working with our students and families
- Consolidate reports and ensure availability of the latest report on the shared drive
- Manage Masinyusane mailbox
- Record meeting minutes and distributing them
- Assist in coordinating events
Requirements / Education:
- 3-year Degree / Diploma
- Strong desire to learn
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks to achieve results
- Resourcefulness in finding information for the benefit of the organisation and its beneficiaries
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Drivers License will be advantageous
