Our programme is designed to give passionate and enthusiastic graduates the opportunity to hone their abilities through various forms of consultant training and garner valuable experience by exposing them to the workplace, through internal and external project engagements.

Change Management Graduate / Intern

Diploma/Degree in:

Organisational Psychology,
Human Resources
or Social Sciences

Data Graduate / Intern

Diploma/Degree in:

Technology,
Finance,
Stats and Maths,
Business

Finance Graduate / Intern

Completed or final year Finance or Accounting Degree
CA(SA) track would be advantageous

Management Consultant Graduate / Intern

Completed undergraduate Tertiary Qualification

Quantitative Advisory Graduate / Intern

Must hold or be in final year (Degree in ):

Actuarial Science,
Data Science,
Mathematics or Statistics,
Applied and Computational Mathematics,
Advanced Analytics,
Pure Mathematics

Risk Graduate / Intern

Completed or final year Finance or Accounting Degree
CA(SA) track would be advantageous

Software Developer Graduate / Intern

Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science OR MCDP
Preferably BSc Degree in Computer Science from a Recognised University

UX (UI) Graduate / Intern

Completed or final year (Degree/Diploma) in:

Information or Interaction Design,
Psychology,
Research,
Visual Arts,
Multi-Media,
Marketing

Skills and Competencies:

Interest in people and business and how to create synergies between the two
Passion to learn various methods and tools that help guide the change landscape
Must want to be a consultant and engage on various projects and with various clients
Ability to travel locally and cross boarder
Comfortable with a hybrid working model
