Epilepsy SA Educational Trust Bursary
The Epilepsy SA Educational Trust only provides bursaries to South African students with epilepsy for tertiary education.
Over the past 14 years, the Trust realised that whilst it often do not have sufficient funds to provide full scholarships, its funding is often the last amount required for the student to register at a tertiary or higher learning institution.
Supporting documentation to accompany your application:
- A Dr certificate confirming your epilepsy
- Copy of your ID document
- Most recent exam results/copy of your Matric certificate
- Parent/Guardian proof of income (failing which: an affadavit stating their employment status)

- Attached certified copies of highest school standard passed
- Attached certified copies of most recent exam results
- Attached proof of registration at a tertiary institution
- Attached documentary evidence of family income
- Attached documentary evidence of having epilepsy
