Jacob Zuma: Announces complete ban of labour brokers in SA

Due to Petrol, DStv, Tax and electricity increases, President Jacob Zuma reached a decision to bail poor people by complete ban of labour brokers in SA.  as from 1st of April 2017 it will be illegal to employ staff via labour brokers will lead to criminal prosecution.   The public onslaught against labour brokers has been renewed with the most recent reports that some members within the parliamentary portfolio: labour committee are seeking to revert to the original position of “banning” labour brokers.

President Jacob Zuma gave the following reasons, Why Ban

1. Labour brokers take money from the worker
2. If the labour broker are removed, the worker will earn more.
3. Temporary employees do not receive any benefits.
4. Once a temp, always a temp!
5. Labour brokers add no value to workers.
6. Labour brokers add no value to client companies
7. Labour brokers add no value to the South African economy.
8. Labour brokers are slave traders and exploit workers.
9. Temps can just be fired at the drop of a hat.
10. Labour brokers stop employees from joining trade unions.
11. Labour brokers are opposed to regulation.
12. Labour brokers do not create jobs!

In his closing announcements said, “There is no excuse not to Vote ANC, since there are no labour brokers any more in South Africa  “
