The SpaceStation has an opportunity for an Ad Operations Intern to join their Cape Town team. If you’ve completed your advertising/marketing or related qualification, quick witted, you’re eager to learn all aspects of the digital advertising landscape and you believe you have what it takes to join our MOST Award winning team, then you need to apply quickly.
The main purpose of the job is to provide support for Ad Operations team who are responsible for trafficking all sold advertising campaigns
Responsibilities
- Basic ad campaign trafficking setup and reporting
- Ensuring advertising set-ups and click through URL’s are correct at all times during the campaign period
- Campaign reporting setup
- Sourcing of images, art work or final material from advertisers
- General in office support to Ad Operations team
Skills and competencies
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be confident with the ability to self-manage activities, yet able to work very closely with a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative
- Must be passionate about online advertising and marketing

Qualifications and experience
- A senior certificate
- An advertising/marketing or related qualification will be a prerequisite
- Fully computer literate, with internet literacy a prerequisite
