The recruitment process is handled by experienced consultants with specific areas of specialisation commensurate with their respective professional training and industry experience.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH
A consultant with the relevant expertise and industry knowledge is assigned to the search following an extensive brief by the client. The search for a Senior/Top management appointment is always handled by someone with board level experience.

TEMPORARY STAFF
In addition to permanent staff recruitment, Vuselela provides suitable and skilled temporary staff for various purposes and duration. Often supplied temps are: Office Support staff (PA’s, Clerks, Data Captures etc); Finance and Admin (Creditors, Debtors, Accounts Clerks, Bookkeepers); qualified/semi skilled artisans and general workers.

Database has been built over years and is very huge and covers skills for various industries across-the-board. The database is supported by the use of media job advertising and search engines.
