The Talent Warehouse was founded in 2005 by an entrepreneur who has the passion and drive for the sourcing and selection of “Talent” to effectively support organisation’s staffing requirements.

The Talent Warehouse’s Recruitment Consultants / Account Executives focus on building rewarding relationships with their Client Companies and ensure that our “Talent Seekers” are treated in a professional, ethical and confidential manner.

We, as a team of IPSC Accredited Recruitment Consultants, provide combined expertise in excess of 23 years within the sourcing and selection industry. Our credibility in providing a professional and ethical service to various organisations specifically within the Information and Communication Technology space is our main strength. Our existing Talent Base and extensive network of contacts ensures competent delivery to our Client Companies.

The Talent Warehouse is accredited as a Qualifying Small Enterprise and is a Level 1 Contributor to B-BBEE. Verification Certificate is available upon request or can be downloaded from our website.

The Talent Warehouse was accepted as a member of the ITA (Information Technology Association) in August 2005.
