Nexia SAB&T seeks to appoint a dynamic individual on a fixed term contract in Pretoria to fill the following position:

Admin Officer: Contract Management (REF: 09/02/2021)  CTC: R257 508 per annum

The Global Fund: Project Management Unit is looking for an individual to render effective contract management.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics management, Purchasing Management, Public Management/ Administration, Financial Management or equivalent qualification
  2. At least two (2) years credible contract management work experience in the public sector’s SCM unit preferably in contract management

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in management of departmental contracts
  2. Facilitate Service Level agreements
  3. Administer contract register by ensuring clients are alerted to expiring contracts at least 6 months
  4. Maintain and monitor contract commitments (Annual Finance Statement) as well as ensure a portfolio of evidence is kept for audit purposes

It should be noted that the above positions are all fixed term appointments that would culminate at the end of March 2022
